School Introduction
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) trains students from around the world and is proud to, since 1998, be a Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) accredited Institute; PICA also holds a Education Quality Assurance of BC (EQA) designation. As a Designated Learning Institutution, by applying for a study permit to attend Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, you will be granted a part-time work permit to allow you to work 20 hours per week (off campus) and full time during regular school breaks for the duration of your training with us.
